Job summary

IPH Limited is seeking a Billing Clerk (Night Shift) to join the Finance Team in the Philippines. You will handle end-to-end billing, including invoice preparation, e-billing submissions, and WIP monitoring, ensuring accuracy and timely client service.

This role requires attention to detail, English fluency, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment. The position offers a competitive package and exposure to a diverse, multinational client base.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of billing or administrative experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with e-billing platforms (3E Elite / E-Billing Hub is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue client invoices per firm policies and DOA requirements.
• Generate and distribute proformas for review and approval.
• Submit invoices via e-billing systems and client portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor invoice status and resolve rejections or discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing queries and obtain missing information.
• Collaborate with practitioners to review WIP for timely billing.
• Process billing adjustments, write-offs, transfers, and reissued invoices as authorized.
• Maintain accurate billing profiles and supporting documentation.
• Respond to billing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing activities, accruals and reporting.
