Job summary

IPH Limited is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager (Night Shift) to join the Finance Team in the Philippines. The role covers the full collections cycle, including credit checks, reconciliations, and resolution of outstanding accounts for a large portfolio across the firm.

Timing is 9.00 PM - 6.00 AM (Philippines Time) with a 1-hour break. You will oversee client inquiries, resolve credits, monitor non-payment, and coordinate collections with minimal supervision while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10 years of end-to-end Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and complex case resolution.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with B2B collections in global/regional environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full AR cycle including credit checks and refunds.
• Monitor non-payment and coordinate collections with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with clients to obtain missing information.
• Investigate discrepancies and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with management to improve efficiency across AR processes.
