You will maintain customer records, assist with account updates, and help drive service quality while meeting performance goals in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience in the contact center/BPO industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in voice support roles handling customer interactions over the phone.
• Basic computer and system navigation skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Available to start immediately or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and recommend appropriate products or services when applicable.
• Create, update, and maintain customer account information.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
• Process account adjustments and service requests as needed.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and provide insights based on customer feedback and interactions.
• Contribute to team goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
