Job summary

Intetics Inc. is hiring an Incident Editorial Specialist to join our night-shift editorial team editing real-time road incident data for a global mapping platform. This is a full-time remote position with Kyiv time 21:00–5:00, working with English-language data and strict guidelines to maintain accuracy.

No prior IT experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and an excellent opportunity to start a career in IT while gaining hands-on experience on international projects.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher (spoken English as well).
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working under time constraints.
• Confident multitasking skills, including working with multiple browser tabs/windows and fast, accurate typing.
• Punctuality, focus, and reliability are essential for successful night-shift work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update information on road traffic incidents across assigned regions.
• Work with real-time data from multiple sources.
• Record key incident details, including location, direction of travel, and other relevant information.
• Update incident records as conditions change.
• Close incidents once they have been resolved and confirmed.
