D&V Philippines is seeking an Associate Director (US) Night Shift to manage family office, trust and real estate accounting for a diverse portfolio. You will maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance across entities, with focus on accuracy and controls.

The role combines hands-on accounting with collaboration across teams, tax advisors, and legal counsel. Hybrid work, 1–2 days onsite weekly, and a schedule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Manila time.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years accounting experience, with preference for family office, public accounting, and/or real estate backgrounds.
• Open for Senior Associates as well; GAAP and cash basis accounting familiarity; trust accounting a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accounting records for trusts and family office entities in compliance with regulations.
• Record and monitor investments, distributions, and transactions for family office accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for trusts and family office entities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and tenant payments for real estate portfolios.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for real estate properties.
• Support tax filings, compliance reporting, and audits for real estate entities.
• Coordinate with third-party managers, tax advisors, and legal counsel; maintain policies and assist with ad hoc projects.
