D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is hiring an Associate Director (US) Night Shift to oversee family office, trust, and real estate accounting for a global client base. You’ll maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance across portfolios from a hybrid Makati-based setup.

The role requires 5–7 years in accounting (family office, public practice, or real estate), GAAP knowledge, strong analysis, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in family office, public accounting, and/or real estate.
• Familiarity with GAAP and cash basis accounting; trust accounting experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for trusts and family office entities.
• Record and monitor investments, distributions, and transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for trusts and family office entities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and tenant payments for real estate portfolio.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties.
• Support tax filings, compliance reporting, and audits for real estate entities.
• Coordinate with third-party property managers, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
• Assist with accounting policies and internal controls.
