The ideal candidate has a finance degree, at least 1 year in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application, strong English communication, and are amenable to night shifts in a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 1+ year experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application or Finance or Collections or Customer Service.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review received payments (bank statements) daily and allocate to open receivables.
• Match receipts to invoices using bank details and remittance advice.
• Ensure accurate and timely allocation for all payment types (wire, card, ACH).
• Run automated cash posting and memo creation; fix upload errors as needed.
• Assist in month-end close activities for proper balancing.
