The role focuses on managing AR operations, driving collections, and ensuring timely payment recovery while supporting a global client base. The ideal candidate has strong AR/collections experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably in a call centre or shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes, credit management and AR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for negotiating with clients and resolving disputes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records and data.
• Proven ability to work independently during night shifts and maintain productivity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding invoices and AR balances, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
• Contact clients to inquire about overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve disputes.
• Prepare and analyze collections reports and aged receivables to identify trends.
• Document collection interactions and maintain records for audit and compliance.
• Process payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service to resolve payment issues.
