Job summary

Origo BPO Pty is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the night shift supporting US operations. You will review invoices in IFS ERP, perform three-way matching, and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong Excel/Outlook skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment. Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting/finance and at least two years of AP experience, with a track record of resolving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Two or more years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
Experience using an ERP or accounting system; IFS ERP experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to identify problems, determine solutions, and follow through.

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and vouch invoices in ERP (IFS) for payment.
Perform three-way matching among purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices.
Process invoices for inventory, utilities, and other expenses.
Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve purchasing issues.
Coordinate with buyers and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Monitor AP inboxes and route invoices for processing.
Maintain invoice documentation and confidentiality.
