Carenet Health is seeking a Real-Time Analyst to monitor real-time performance metrics, optimize staffing, and ensure a seamless healthcare support experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, precise communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

The candidate will collaborate with workforce management to adjust staffing in real time, generate actionable reports, and escalate issues promptly to ensure service levels are consistently met and patients

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s in healthcare management or related field is a plus.
• 2+ years in a real-time analyst role in a multi-site BPO or healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with workforce management tools and healthcare call center software.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey complex information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Real-time monitoring of call volume, agent availability, and service level performance.
• Collaborate with workforce management for real-time staffing adjustments.
• Monitor schedule adherence and make real-time productivity adjustments.
• Conduct intraday analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Escalate system outages and issues to appropriate teams.
• Generate real-time and daily KPI reports with insights and recommendations.
• Communicate real-time insights to supervisors and management.
• Proactively address potential service level challenges and bottlenecks.
• Document operational changes, actions taken, and results.
