Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in healthcare management is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in a real-time analyst role within a multi-site BPO.
• Experience in healthcare environment is a plus.
• Proficient with workforce management and healthcare call center software.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of call volume, agent availability, and service levels.
• Collaborate with workforce management for staffing adjustments.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust as needed for productivity and well-being.
• Conduct intraday analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and escalate system outages or issues impacting performance.
• Generate real-time and daily reports with insights and recommendations.
