Asia Select, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Real-Time Analyst to monitor attendance, adherence, and staffing needs across sites from Manila.

This role partners with Workforce Management, Operations, and Site Leadership to ensure optimal coverage and rapid recovery actions. You will maintain real-time dashboards, validate exceptions, generate end-of-shift reports, and support improvement initiatives in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in Workforce Management, Real-Time Analysis, or similar roles is essential.
• Experience in BPO/high-volume environments is required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor real-time attendance, schedule adherence, breaks, and workforce availability across the operating day.
• Track attendance exceptions, including absences, tardiness, and deviations.
• Identify staffing gaps and coverage risks, escalating when needed.
• Provide real-time staffing visibility and updates to Operations and Site Leadership.
• Support intraday adjustments by monitoring disruptions and demand changes.
• Coordinate staffing movements and schedule changes with leadership teams.
• Communicate workforce exceptions and operational updates through escalation channels.
• Maintain attendance trackers, adherence logs, and real-time monitoring reports.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and workforce actuals for analysis.
• Ensure data integrity by validating reports and documenting discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for visibility and reporting processes.
