Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Application Specialist to support the Roche Sequencing Solutions portfolio across hospitals, labs and research settings. You will be the primary contact for application inquiries from field staff and customers, delivering expert guidance and hands-on training as part of a cross-functional team.

You will lead installation support, troubleshoot on-site issues, and co-create customer trainings while collaborating with sales and marketing.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in a research or service institution with in-depth NGS knowledge.
Experience establishing NGS workflows on liquid handling systems; bioinformatics knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish with strong English skills; willingness to travel Europe.

Responsibilities

Application support for Roche Sequencing Products and Assays.
Installation support and customer training for Roche Sequencing Systems with the Service team.
Troubleshooting onsite to answer inquiries and resolve problems.
Co-creating and conducting customer trainings.
Assisting local sales and marketing with your expertise.
Working with liquid handlers and their vendors.
Monitoring the service processes and overall product/system quality.
Attending internal meetings and events and external seminars/conferences.
