Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Nexthink Administrator to manage and enhance analytics, remote actions, campaigns and dashboards. You will partner with product managers and engineers to design scalable Nexthink solutions and ensure content governance and security compliance.

The role requires hands-on Nexthink experience and strong Power BI reporting skills, with a focus on turning data into actionable improvements for digital employee experience and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with digital employee experience, IT operations, automation or endpoint management platforms.
• Hands-on Nexthink administration across investigations, remote actions, campaigns, dashboards and content governance.
• Capability to build reporting and insights using Power BI.
• Understanding of communicating trends, performance and value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation and integration processes.
• Comfort working with ETL, data engineering or related practices.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve Nexthink capabilities, including proactive operations, remote actions, campaigns, dashboards and analytics
• Identify user-impacting trends and technology issues through data analysis
• Translate insights into remediation, automation or service improvement opportunities
• Partner with product managers, service owners, engineers and operational teams to design, test and deploy scalable solutions
• Support development, review and lifecycle management of remote actions and other Nexthink content
• Create and maintain reporting, dashboards and executive-ready summaries
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate use cases and expand platform capabilities
• Support roadmap, security, compliance and service transformation initiatives
• Maintain documentation and support privacy and security requirements
• Ensure responsible use of Nexthink data and automation capabilities
