Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a qualified Electronics and Communications Engineer for a PCBA manufacturing environment in Rosario, Batangas. The role requires SMT process exposure, read schematics, and ability to support new product introductions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with QA, production, and design teams to optimize assembly processes; using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools for drawings; and ensuring compliance with technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field.
• Related experience in a PCBA manufacturing company.
• Experience preferably in SMT process.
• New product introduction experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in SolidWorks or similar drawing software.
• Able to read schematic diagrams and technical drawings.
