Job summary

Recruitify_HR is hiring for a Production Supervisory role in Rosario, Batangas. Candidate will oversee production sections including QC, with emphasis on PCBA manufacturing and SMT exposure as a plus.

Requires a technical degree and strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Shifts include early to late schedules, with face-to-face interview process in the workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical course.
• Has experience in PCBA manufacturing.
• Has proven experience in production or a supervisory role.
• Experience in SMT is an advantage.
• Has strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teamwork.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
