Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course; business/management degree is an advantage.
• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in beauty or drugstore channels, trade marketing, or related marketing function is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Designed to Deliver NPD process within the Division, ensuring effective planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Review NPD performance and lead iterations to address division priorities over the next five years.
• Identify capabilities required for effective planning, monitoring and evaluation of NPD initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of process enhancements to improve NPD efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Business Unit Marketing, Trade Marketing and Field Operations to monitor NPD KPIs, including pipeline tracking.

Job Description:

NPD DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCEMENT

• Responsible for driving the Designed to Deliver New Product Development (NPD) process within the Division, ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of NPD initiatives in alignment with the overall corporate NPD process. Reviews existing NPD performance and leads the necessary iterations and improvements to address the Division's business needs and priorities over the next five years.

NPD TOOLS DEVELOPMENT AND ENHANCEMENT

• Responsible for identifying the capabilities required to ensure effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of NPD initiatives.
• Leads the development and implementation of process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness across NPD planning, monitoring, and evaluation.

NPD KPIs

• Drives the achievement of NPD deliverables through close coordination with Business Unit Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Field Operations. Leads the monitoring and reporting of NPD key performance indicators (KPIs), including pipeline tracking from T-2 to T-1 and saturation monitoring at T-0.
