Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product conceptualization and execution or related field.
• Experience in Skin Care and food supplement industries is advantageous.
• Exposure to FDA approvals is preferable.
• Highly proactive, creative, analytical with strong leadership.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description Summary:

The Product Development Manager will ensure that the entire product development process proceeds as conceptualized based on the market analysis. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in the FMCG industry. They must be able to identify the current trends, not only promote our company’s products, but also to develop products that the market needs. The goal is to sustain the pace of our growing business and to achieve long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute Market Research in reviewing the needs and identifying market conditions that can influence sales.

• Conducts Market Survey in identifying how the target market interacts with BPC’s current products and how to improve sustainability of products, including possible ideas for improvement.

• Point of contact with suppliers and responsible for maintaining active connections locally within Asia.

• Interpret insights from market data and convert into ideas and opportunities to stand in the market.

• Ensure project roadmap align with the company goals and market trends.

• Work closely with the design and development teams in conceptualizing product concepts and prototypes testing.

• Ensuring quality and safety standards every step of the product development process; focusing on the feasibility and design optimization.

• Proactively engage in seminars and conference to stay up to date with the legal and regulatory requirements.

• Determine pricing and specifications when preparing cost analysis prior to product development.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in product conceptualization and execution or any related field is required for this position.

• Experience in Skin Care and food supplement industries are an advantage in this position.

• Preferably with exposure in processing FDA approvals.

• Highly proactive, creative, analytical, and possess a good leadership style.

• Possess an excellent Project Management Skills.

• Must have an interpersonal and communication skills.
