Job summary

Pointwest is seeking a high-performing business development and sales professional to drive new-business growth across our IT and digital solutions portfolio. This is a new-logo acquisition role focused on opening doors, building relationships with decision-makers, and translating business challenges into tailored technology solutions.

You will collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape proposals, lead discovery, and shepherd opportunities from initial contact to closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B business development, sales, account management, or solution selling.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Experience managing opportunities through the sales cycle, preferably through to closure.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business and technology decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct proactive prospecting through networking, referrals, research, outreach, events, and other channels.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Own opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation and close.
• Consistently work toward new-logo and revenue targets.
