Job summary

Security Bank is hiring a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer in the Philippines to manage in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and account portfolio maintenance to achieve sales targets. You will process new peso/dollar CASA accounts, renewals, terminations, and matured placements, ensuring timely and accurate service per bank standards.

You will identify customer needs, advise on products, handle walk-ins, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
• Deep understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Assist walk-in customers with bank products to meet their needs.
• Manage customer complaints in coordination with BCM or concerned units to ensure resolution.
• Process over-the-counter transactions in line with bank policies and service standards.
• Act as primary co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe; perform end-of-day cash verification per bank procedures.
