Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and maintains relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling.
• Assists walk-in customers with bank products to meet their needs.
• Addresses customer complaints by coordinating with BCM or other units for resolution.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions per Bank policies and service standards.
• Acts as primary co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe with end-of-day cash verification.
