Job summary

Security Bank is hiring a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer in the Philippines to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and account portfolio management to meet sales targets. The role includes processing new peso/dollar CASA accounts, roll-overs, renewals, terminations, and matured placements, ensuring on-time and compliant service delivery.

You will identify customer needs, handle marketing calls, assist walk-ins, and resolve complaints with BCM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• With at least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
• Has an in-depth understanding of the regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer's needs and nurtures relationships through marketing calls, cross-selling bank products and services.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
• Manages customer complaints by coordinating with BCM or concerned units to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests per bank policies to ensure service standards.
• Acts as co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe; conducts end-of-day cash verification per bank policies.
