Job summary

Security Bank in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Advisor to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and managing an account portfolio to achieve sales targets. You will process opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, roll-overs, renewals, terminations, and payments of matured placements in line with service standards.

You will ensure on-time and accurate service delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree program.
• At least 1 year of branch banking experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and risk management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products to achieve targets.
• Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations and account services.
• Handle customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Process over-the-counter transactions according to bank policies and service standards.
• Conduct end-of-day cash verification as required by bank procedures.
