Job summary

TDCX, Inc. is a Singapore-headquartered global BPO delivering CX, sales and digital marketing solutions across industries. We seek a Network/Systems Administrator to monitor and maintain servers, directories, and infrastructure in our Manila operations.

You will provide end-user support, manage backups and security, and collaborate to ensure reliable network and system services. Excellent English communication and hands-on Windows Server experience are essential for success in our fast-moving

Qualifications

Candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Safety/Engineering or related field.
Experience supporting end-users for daily PC usage issues (Windows).
Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and related networking/services.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services (Anti-virus, Databases, AD, Exchange, File services, firewalls).
Develop housekeeping routines, monitor system and infrastructure service logs.
Ensure backups are executed and restorable when required.
Provide technical support for end users (PCs, laptops, printers, emails).
Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and provide permanent resolutions.
Handle privilege access, system configuration compliance, and vulnerability management.
Assist with other duties to support the Quality Management System at TDCX.
