Job summary

TDCX, Inc. is a Singapore-headquartered global BPO delivering CX, sales and digital marketing solutions across industries. We seek a Network/Systems Administrator to monitor and maintain servers, directories, and infrastructure in our Manila operations.

You will provide end-user support, manage backups and security, and collaborate to ensure reliable network and system services. Excellent English communication and hands-on Windows Server experience are essential for success in our fast-moving

Qualifications

• Candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Safety/Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting end-users for daily PC usage issues (Windows).
• Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and related networking/services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services (Anti-virus, Databases, AD, Exchange, File services, firewalls).
• Develop housekeeping routines, monitor system and infrastructure service logs.
• Ensure backups are executed and restorable when required.
• Provide technical support for end users (PCs, laptops, printers, emails).
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and provide permanent resolutions.
• Handle privilege access, system configuration compliance, and vulnerability management.
• Assist with other duties to support the Quality Management System at TDCX.

What is your mission?

• Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services, such as Anti-virus systems, Databases, Active Directory, Exchange Mail, File services, firewalls, etc.
• Develop and implement housekeeping routines, monitoring system and infrastructure service logs.
• Ensure that back-up operations are executed and completed, ensuring the integrity of back-up operations periodically in order to restore from back-up as required.
• Provide technical support for the end users needs, such as personal computers (PCs), laptops, network printer, and emails.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and provide permanent resolution to these incidents.
• Handle privilege access, system configuration compliance, and vulnerability management collaboration.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Safety Management, Engineering or a related qualification.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Experienced in supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem (Microsoft Windows).
• Experienced with Windows Server Active Directory users and computers, Windows Server Active Directory, network infrastructure, Windows Server files and folders permission.
• Experienced with DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, WINS, IIS and FTP and TCP/IP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
