Job summary

Work-1 Manpower Recruitment Services in Taguig is seeking an on-site Network Support Engineer with 3–5 years of networking experience. You will handle technical support across phone, email, chat and ticketing systems, and troubleshoot switching, routing and wireless LAN with enterprise-level scope.

Fluent English and local language communication are required; CCNP/HCNP/RCNP or equivalent certifications are preferred but hands-on experience in enterprise networking is also welcome.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of networking or network engineering experience
• Solid knowledge of switching, routing and wireless LAN
• Certifications at professional level preferred (CCNP/HCNP/RCNP or equivalent)
• Proven experience in enterprise networking environments
• Excellent English and local language communication

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

Solid knowledge of switching, routing, wireless LAN, and networking fundamentals

Technical expertise equivalent to CCNP, HCNP, RCNP, or similar professional-level networking

certifications

Candidates without certifications are welcome if they can demonstrate equivalent hands-on

experience in enterprise networking environments

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Willingness to work temporary shift schedules when needed

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of networking, network support, or network engineering experience (or equivalent

expertise)

CCNP, HCNP, RCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent certifications

CCIE, HCIE, JNCIE, or other expert-level certifications

Experience with Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Aruba, Arista, or similar technologies

Experience with BGP, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN, or data center networking

Experience supporting enterprise customers or channel partners
