Job summary

Outforce is seeking a Network Provisioning Team Lead for Broadband & Ethernet to join our Cebu office. You will lead a dedicated provisioning team, ensure SLA adherence, coach staff, and manage performance while preparing for UK-aligned hours.

The role requires at least 2 years in telecom provisioning in a team lead capacity, strong people management, and onsite work in Cebu. Night differential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a telecom provisioning team lead role.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in network/service provisioning.
• Strong understanding of telco provisioning processes, tools, and SLAs.
• Proven people management skills including coaching and performance management.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Cebu and align with UK hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for the Network Provisioning team.
• Oversee Broadband and Ethernet provisioning activities to ensure accuracy and SLAs.
• Manage team performance, including KPIs, quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Support training, onboarding, and staff development.
• Handle HR matters including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Act as escalation point for complex provisioning issues and customer concerns.
• Collaborate with QA to maintain service quality standards.
• Prepare for future intakes and scale provisioning operations.
• Engage with UK-based stakeholders and indirect reporting teams as required.
• Spend time handling customer provisioning calls during initial months.
