Job summary

Inchcape Philippines seeks an IT Operations professional to deliver advanced troubleshooting and service restoration for network and connectivity services in a dynamic environment. You will investigate incidents, fulfill requests, perform changes, and contribute to root cause analysis while collaborating with Cloud, Security, and IT teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT/Network operations, strong TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SD-WAN knowledge, and relevant certifications (CCNA, Fortinet NSE, AZ-900,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT Operations, Network Operations, Infrastructure Support or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, VPN, and Enterprise Connectivity; Firewall and Network Security tech; SD-WAN and Hybrid Connectivity; Azure Networking; ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support, advanced troubleshooting, and service restoration for network and connectivity services.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents, fulfill service requests, execute operational changes, and support root cause analysis.
• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot technologies including Firewalls, Azure Firewall, VPN Services, SD-WAN, DNS, Network Security, Routing, Switching, and Connectivity Services.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Database, Identity, and other IT Operations teams to support service delivery and multidisciplinary troubleshooting efforts.
• Drive service quality improvements by maintaining operational documentation, promoting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members while supporting capability development across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes while maintaining accurate technical documentation and ticket records.
