Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
4+ years in enterprise network operations, infrastructure support, or related roles.
Cloud networking certifications highly regarded.
Cisco and Security certifications desirable.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification desirable.
Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, switching, wireless, VPNs, WAN and SD-WAN.
Experience with Fortinet solutions preferred.
Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Aruba LAN/Wi‑Fi preferred.
Understanding of IPv4, VLANs, routing, NAT and WAN connectivity.
Basic understanding of enterprise voice/telephony environments.
Experience with Avaya, 8x8, Zoom, Genesys, Teams, Asterisk, CUCM advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of enterprise WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, internet and voice services across regional markets.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and voice incidents, coordinate escalations with vendors and local/global teams.
Provide operational support for telephony platforms, including call flows, IP phones, gateways, licensing and provisioning.
Participate in regional/global projects: network upgrades, cloud connectivity, Wi‑Fi deployments, firewall changes and WAN rollouts.
Support hybrid/cloud-connected environments including Azure networking activities.
Ensure ITIL-aligned change management and maintain documentation, topologies and IP plans.
Collaborate across time zones and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
