- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Routing, and Switching.
- Experience configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of network security principles, monitoring tools, and access control.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, cloud networking, and backup solutions is an advantage.
- Experience supporting multi-site or retail network environments is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Network Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing network services across all offices, warehouses, and retail stores.
- Perform routine health checks, firmware updates, configuration backups, and preventive maintenance on all network devices.
- Monitor network utilization and performance to identify bottlenecks before they impact business operations.
- Maintain high network availability and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Business Operations Support
- Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity supporting POS systems, ERP applications, inventory systems, CCTV, biometrics, communication platforms, and other critical business applications.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and vendors to resolve connectivity issues within agreed service levels.
- Support and maintain new store openings, renovations, relocations, and business expansion projects by designing and deploying reliable network infrastructure.
- Recommend infrastructure improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business productivity.
Network Security
- Implement and maintain network security policies, firewall rules, VPN access, and user access controls.
- Monitor network security events and respond promptly to potential threats or vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company security standards and IT policies.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.
- Maintain secure remote connectivity for authorized employees and branch locations.
Monitoring and Incident Management
- Continuously monitor network performance using appropriate monitoring tools.
- Diagnose and resolve network outages, slow performance, and connectivity issues within target response times.
- Escalate critical infrastructure incidents to senior network engineers or vendors when necessary.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address inventories, device configurations, ISP information, and technical documentation.
- Document incidents, changes, maintenance activities, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Prepare regular reports on network performance, uptime, capacity utilization, and infrastructure health.
- Ensure proper documentation supports audits, compliance requirements, and future expansion.

- Continuously evaluate emerging networking technologies that can improve business operations.
