Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines is seeking a Network Engineer II to support and secure our infrastructure across Cebu City, Philippines. You will plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network and security hardware and software, including routing and switching, firewalls, and wireless.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Fortigate, and Palo Alto, and a strong problem-solving mindset to meet SLAs in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching.
• Experience with Cisco ASA, Fortigate, or Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call support environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement network and security infrastructure.
