Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Systems Administrator or Network Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of IT cloud services, network infrastructure, and security protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks is desirable.
• Willing to work at the Alabang site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot to ensure uptime.
• Configure and maintain security protocols (firewalls, IDS, ACLs).
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate networks with existing systems.
• Perform regular maintenance (updates, patches, firmware).
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical support for network-related issues.
• Evaluate new network technologies and vendors.
• Conduct network audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
