Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Network Engineer I to assist in enterprise network design, implementation, and ongoing support of network infrastructure across the Nordic Global enterprise in the Philippines. You will coordinate with technical and non-technical staff and vendors to deliver complex projects and ensure adherence to standards and policies.

The role involves hands-on work on Datacenter networking, Cisco Nexus/Catalyst platforms, ASA and ISE, and virtualization environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or 0-6 years work-experience in lieu.
• Experience with enterprise network design, implementation and support.
• Ability to document policies, standards and knowledge base articles.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily prioritization of work to meet project and incident SLAs.
• Provide Tier 3 support and guidance to IT teams across Health System entities.
• Evaluate technical solutions and contribute to enterprise deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on datacenter networking, WAN, and wireless platforms.
• Document configurations and procedures for operations teams.
