Job summary

iScale Solutions, Inc. seeks a networking-focused professional to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot internal and client-facing networks, ensuring high availability and performance. You will support sales with technical input and translate capabilities for closing deals.

You will follow a structured onboarding roadmap, rapidly obtain JNCIA-Junos and JNCIS-ENT, then Cisco CCNA, and pursue ongoing certification maintenance to stay current with Juniper, Cisco, and Palo Alto projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in networking principles.
• Willingness to study for and pass exams (Juniper and Cisco to start).
• Excellent verbal communication for client interactions.
• Bonus: Existing Juniper, Cisco, or Palo Alto certs.

Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure Operations: deploy, configure, and troubleshoot internal and client-facing network environments.
• Technical Sales Operations: provide hands-on technical support during client engagements and translate capabilities for the sales team.
• Platform Readiness & Execution: execute onboarding roadmaps and rapidly obtain core certifications.
• Capability Maintenance: maintain readiness by earning/renewing major networking certifications as needed.
