Job summary

Insight’s Infrastructure Managed Services team is seeking a Network Engineer in Pasig, Philippines. You will join a diverse team handling incident resolution and service requests for a wide range of networking technologies, supporting WAN/LAN for multiple clients.

Responsibilities include diagnosing problems with remote monitoring tools, performing advanced network analysis, and documenting networks. A strong background in security devices and SD-WAN is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years progressive experience in networking.
• Must have Palo Alto, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, and F5 experience.
• Juniper experience desired.
• Demonstrated associate to professional level technology and support experience for route/switch, security, wireless, etc. Certifications desired.
• Must have a solid understanding and practical experience with monitoring and management of SD-WAN solutions.

About The Role

As a network engineer within Insight’s Infrastructure Managed Services Team, your primary role will be a Network Engineer on diverse and challenging customer projects. You will be a member of a team responsible for incident resolution and service request handling for a wide variety of networking technologies.

As a Network Engineer You Will
