Job summary

SC Johnson Philippines ROHQ is seeking an Associate Manager, I&O – Network Engineering/Architecture to lead and optimize the global network environment. You will translate designs into implementable solutions, collaborate with architects and engineers, and drive initiatives across vendors and internal teams.

You will oversee security policies, change management, and budget considerations while pursuing emerging technologies and ongoing professional growth in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Network Engineering at scale comparable to SC Johnson.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Routing and switching proficiency with data center infra experience.
• SD-WAN, automation, and scripting capabilities are required.
• IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and cloud integration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain global network services portfolio (WAN/LAN/WLAN/voice data).
• Manage and coordinate network projects with timely delivery.
• Contribute to strategic network roadmap and tech recommendations.
• Translate HLDs to LLDs and ensure proper implementation.
• Define and monitor SLAs/KPIs with change and incident processes.
• Collaborate with security and vendors to embed controls.
• Support budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional relations.
• Stay updated on new technologies and pursue ongoing training.
