Job summary

SC Johnson, a leading global household products company, seeks an Associate Manager, I&O – Network Engineering/Architecture to optimize the global network environment. You will translate designs into implementable solutions and manage budget, vendors, and resources while aligning with business needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining WAN/LAN/WLAN, driving projects, and improving SLAs/KPIs with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in network engineering in large-scale environments.
• Experience translating high-level designs into implementable solutions.
• SD-WAN, SDN, and cloud integrations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global network services portfolio (WAN, LAN, WLAN, voice/data).
• Lead network-related projects from design to delivery.
• Define SLAs/KPIs with Global IT and vendors; support incident and change processes.
• Translate HLDs into LLDs with cross-functional teams.
