Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager, I&O – Network Engineering/Architecture in Metro Manila to translate high-level designs into actionable solutions. You will oversee a global network environment, collaborate across enterprise teams, and drive projects with internal and external partners.

Reporting to the Lead Network Architect, you will help manage budgets, vendors, and resources, while maintaining secure, highly available network services for SC Johnson.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Network Engineering at scale similar to SC Johnson.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong routing/switching and data center infrastructure skills.
• Experience with SD-WAN, automation, and cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Support global network services portfolio for high availability.
• Manage network projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Contribute to strategic network roadmap and improvements.
• Translate designs into implementable solutions with architects/engineers.
• Collaborate on SLAs, incidents, changes and budgets.
• Ensure security policies are integrated with vendors and teams.
• Assist with budget, vendor, and resource planning.
• Keep abreast of emerging networking technologies.
