Job summary

O!Save is seeking a NetSuite developer to lead implementations and optimize ERP processes. You will work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations to map requirements and drive configurations, data migration, testing, and go-live support.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with strong knowledge of Financials, Inventory, and Order Management. Join a growing retail group expanding across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on NetSuite development, customization, reporting, dashboards.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules: Financials, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Knowledge in OneWorld implementation.
• Experience in data migration and integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.

This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal.

What You'll Do:

• You will work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to understand requirements and map out processes
• You will lead NetSuite implementations, guide internal teams through entire setup process including configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support
• You will troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support and help internal teams
• You will help internal teams adapt to new processes and continuously optimize NetSuite

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development, customization, reporting, and dashboards
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules such as Financials, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Knowledge in OneWorld implementation
• Experience in data migration and integration tools
