Job summary

RELIANCECARE INC. is seeking an experienced Implementation & Project Management professional to lead NetSuite ERP deployments in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with Finance, IT, Operations and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support to optimize business processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Certifications such as NetSuite ERP Consultant or PMP are advantages.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably NetSuite.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in finance, operations and IT.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Project Management

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.

• Manage the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors to ensure project success.

System Configuration & Optimization

• Oversee the configuration and customization of NetSuite modules to meet business requirements.

• Ensure system processes align with finance, operations, supply chain, and other business functions.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through system enhancements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and other departments to understand process requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams during implementation.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership.

Data Management & Integration

• Oversee data migration, validation, and integrity during system implementation.

• Manage integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Training & Change Management

• Lead user training and knowledge transfer to ensure successful system adoption.

• Develop documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

• Support organizational change management related to ERP implementation.

Post-Implementation Support

• Monitor system performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal or external support teams.

• Manage upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.

Background and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications such as NetSuite ERP Consultant, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage.

• Minimum of5+ years of experiencein ERP implementation, preferably with NetSuite.

• Proven experience leadingfull-cycle ERP implementations.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in finance, operations, and IT environments.

• Experience managing external vendors, consultants, or system integrators.

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules (Finance, Order Management, Inventory, CRM, etc.).

• Experience in system configuration, workflows, integrations, and data migration.

• Familiarity with ERP project management methodologies.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
