Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to oversee NetSuite ERP administration, BI tooling, and data governance. You will optimize enterprise systems, elevate reporting, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors, manage upgrades and integrations, design Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and provide end‑user training to support scalable analytics and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field with hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• 3+ years on NetSuite ERP administration and 3+ years in Power BI development/administration.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, and role-based security.
• Experience with Power BI Desktop/Service, Power Query, and DAX required.
• Experience with system integration, ETL, data migrations, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP, including roles, permissions, configurations, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Coordinate upgrades, implement features, and support data imports/exports and migrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ERP/BI solutions.
• Provide end-user training and documentation; drive process improvements and automation.
