Job summary

Global Finance Teams is seeking an Implementation Specialist with NetSuite/ERP experience to support deployment, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems for clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure workflows, manage data migration, and coordinate testing and go-live activities.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite/ERP implementation experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in NetSuite, ERP implementation, business systems, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation or administration preferred.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, particularly accounting, finance, order management, inventory, procurement, or project management.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end NetSuite and ERP implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
Work with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
Translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions and workflows.
Assist with NetSuite configuration, including workflows, forms, roles, permissions, fields, dashboards, and reporting.
Coordinate data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
Assist with testing, including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
Develop and maintain implementation documentation, process maps, requirements, and configuration records.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical and functional teams.
Provide training, demonstrations, and user support during implementation and post-go-live.
Monitor implementation timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Assist with change management and adoption of new ERP processes.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and ERP functionality.
Provide ongoing NetSuite/ERP support and optimization after implementation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure solutions meet business needs.
