Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to oversee NetSuite ERP administration, BI tooling, and data governance. You will optimize enterprise systems, elevate reporting, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors, manage upgrades and integrations, design Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality, and provide end‑user training to support scalable analytics and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field with hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.
• 3+ years on NetSuite ERP administration and 3+ years in Power BI development/administration.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, and role-based security.
• Experience with Power BI Desktop/Service, Power Query, and DAX required.
• Experience with system integration, ETL, data migrations, and data governance.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to oversee the administration, optimization, and support of enterprise systems, primarily focusing on ERP (NetSuite) and Business Intelligence (Power BI) platforms.

This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, improving reporting capabilities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve data visibility through ERP and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Systems Manager will administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring system reliability, security, and optimal performance. This includes managing user roles, permissions, configurations, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and system enhancements.

The role involves providing ongoing system support, troubleshooting issues, coordinating system upgrades, and implementing new features in alignment with business needs. The candidate will also support data governance activities, including imports, exports, migrations, and system documentation.

In addition, the role includes designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business intelligence and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will manage Power BI environments, datasets, gateways, and access controls while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and usability of reporting solutions.

The position also involves gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into scalable ERP and BI solutions. The Business Systems Manager will identify opportunities for process improvement and automation and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to support integrations, system improvements, and reporting initiatives. The candidate will also provide end-user support, training, and guidance to ensure effective use of ERP and BI tools across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in NetSuite ERP administration and 3 years of experience in Power BI development and administration.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and role-based security. Experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX is required, along with strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.

The role requires experience in system integration, ETL processes, and data migration activities, as well as strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
