Job summary

TOV Furniture is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator / Operations Analyst to bridge NetSuite and business operations across Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Order Management, Finance, Sales, and CX. The role emphasizes native NetSuite solutions, dashboards, workflows, and process improvement.

You will collaborate with a global team, translate operational needs into NetSuite enhancements, and ensure deployments are tested and validated before go-live.

Qualifications

• Proven NetSuite expertise with hands-on experience.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and Saved Searches.
• Experience with custom fields, forms, and records.
• SuiteFlow / workflow experience.
• Solid grasp of NetSuite order and inventory processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to translate business processes into NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build role-specific dashboards, Saved Searches, KPIs, and reporting for Operations, Warehousing, Order Management, Supply Chain, and Sales.
• Administer NetSuite including custom fields, forms, records, roles/permissions, SuiteFlow workflows, CSV imports and mass updates.
• Identify opportunities to automate or reduce manual spreadsheets across departments.
• Support order, inventory, and fulfillment processes including sales orders, purchasing, transfers, returns, and e-commerce flows.
• Train users, troubleshoot issues, and document SOPs.
• Bridge business requirements and developers—decide between native config vs. custom code and test before deployment.
