Job summary

Metrix Premium Chassis Parts is seeking a hands-on NetSuite ERP & WMS Administrator to manage, maintain, optimize, and support our NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System environment. This role collaborates with warehouse operations, supply chain, e-commerce, and finance to ensure NetSuite workflows operate accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate combines strong NetSuite technical knowledge with practical warehouse and operational experience and is capable of analyzing complex data

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with NetSuite ERP, WMS, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP/WMS transactions and operational issues.
• Knowledge of inventory, orders, and fulfillment transactions.
• Ability to analyze complex system and data issues and determine root causes.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP and NetSuite WMS.
• Configure and optimize WMS workflows including receiving, putaway, bin management, and wave creation.
• Manage picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movements.
• Maintain item, inventory, location, bin data and perform cycle counts.
• Monitor integrations between NetSuite and e-commerce/shipping platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and improve ERP/WMS processes to increase productivity.
• Document SOPs and assist with deployments of new NetSuite processes.
