We are seeking a hands-on NetSuite ERP & WMS Administrator to manage, maintain, optimize, and support our NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System environment.
This role will work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, e-commerce, finance, and other internal departments to ensure NetSuite workflows operate accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate combines strong NetSuite technical knowledge with practical warehouse and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP and NetSuite WMS
- Configure and optimize WMS workflows including:
- Receiving and putaway
- Bin management and inventory movements
- Wave creation and release
- Single-order, multi-order, and bulk picking
- Packing, staging, and shipping
- Cycle counts and inventory adjustments
- Troubleshoot ERP/WMS issues affecting warehouse operations in real time
- Investigate and resolve order, inventory, SKU, bin, fulfillment, and transaction discrepancies
- Maintain accurate item, inventory, location, bin, and operational data within NetSuite
- Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, roles, permissions, forms, saved searches, reports, and system settings
- Monitor system integrations between NetSuite and e-commerce, marketplace, shipping, and other third-party platforms
- Identify root causes of integration and data-mapping issues and coordinate resolution
- Support warehouse employees and management with NetSuite WMS mobile-device workflows
- Develop and improve ERP/WMS processes to increase warehouse productivity, accuracy, and scalability
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, E-Commerce, Marketplace, and other departments to support their NetSuite workflows
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues impacting internal teams
- Assist with testing, implementation, documentation, and deployment of new NetSuite processes and system improvements
- Maintain SOPs and documentation for ERP and WMS processes
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, WMS, or similar ERP/WMS platforms
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain workflows
- Experience troubleshooting ERP/WMS transactions and operational issues
- Strong understanding of inventory, sales orders, item fulfillments, purchase orders, transfer orders, bins, locations, and related transactions
- Ability to analyze complex system and data issues and determine root causes
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience administering Oracle NetSuite and NetSuite WMS
- Experience with NetSuite Connector/FarApp, marketplace integrations, shipping platforms, APIs, or EDI
- Experience with Saved Searches, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or NetSuite customization
- Experience supporting high-volume e-commerce or distribution warehouse operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Technical background with the ability to communicate effectively between software, operations, and business teams
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is not simply a system administrator. We are looking for someone who understands how an ERP/WMS system directly affects real-world warehouse operations and can troubleshoot problems from both a technical and operational perspective.
- You should be comfortable investigating an issue from the warehouse floor through the NetSuite transaction, system configuration, integration, and underlying data—and then implementing a practical solution that prevents the problem from recurring.
