We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer / ERP Integration Developer to support the ongoing development, customization, and integration of our NetSuite ERP environment with other enterprise applications.

This is a hands-on technical development position, not a traditional NetSuite Administrator role.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in NetSuite development, advanced SQL, RESTful API integrations, and custom application development.

You will work closely with our existing NetSuite Administrator to enhance system capabilities, develop reliable integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver scalable solutions that improve business operations.

NetSuite Development & Customization

• Design, develop, test, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x/2.1 and other SuiteCloud technologies.
• Build and enhance custom scripts, workflows, records, and business logic to support operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving NetSuite scripts, customizations, and system functionality.
• Optimize existing solutions to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.

ERP Integration & API Development

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party enterprise applications.
• Build and support RESTful API integrations, including authentication, data transformation, error handling, and monitoring.
• Develop custom applications, services, and automation solutions to facilitate data exchange between systems.
• Investigate and resolve integration failures, synchronization issues, and data inconsistencies.

SQL & Data Management

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, validation, and analysis.
• Work with NetSuite SuiteQL, saved searches, and other supported data-access tools.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across integrated systems.

Technical Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with the NetSuite Administrator to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Support system enhancements, deployments, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain clear technical documentation covering customizations, integrations, and development processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and long-term maintainability.
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in NetSuite development, beyond standard ERP administration and configuration.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x/2.1, JavaScript, and NetSuite customization.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, data analysis, and query optimization.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful API integrations.
• Experience with NetSuite integration technologies, including SuiteTalk REST Web Services and/or SOAP Web Services.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining custom applications or integration services.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, authentication, error handling, and integration troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), SuiteQL, and Map/Reduce scripts.
• Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware solutions such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Git, version control, and structured software deployment practices.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API security, and integration best practices.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, e-commerce, inventory, finance, or other enterprise platforms.
