Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and ensure all financial records are up to date.
• Process AP and AR transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records for accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Generate financial reports and provide timely information for decision-making.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
• Support the accounting team with finance-related administrative tasks and process improvements.
