Job summary

Chubb European Group Ltd. seeks a skilled .NET full stack production support member for our Treasury applications team.

This role emphasizes production support, monitoring tickets, and resolving issues across web applications, services, and microservices in a .NET environment. You will handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with interfacing teams, and participate in DR activities while staying current with .NET front-end and back-end best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with .NET full stack and production support.
• Strong background in web applications, services, WCF, MVC and REST APIs.
• Experience with microservices and containerized apps is a plus.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and related technologies.
• Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot and coordinate with IT partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, WCF).
• Analyse user-reported issues and implement resolutions.
• Handle job failures, data issues and root-cause analysis; reprocess when needed.
• Perform test runs for interface partners and report results.
• Improve error handling, mappings, and automation; reduce incidents.
• Participate in major incident management calls.
• Offer minor enhancements and design/development work.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management.
