Job summary

INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA (A Chubb Company) seeks an experienced Informatica developer to join our Treasury applications team. The candidate will provide production support for ETL and data integration workloads, monitor tickets and queues, and work with interface IT partners to resolve issues.

Required skills include Informatica PowerCenter, Unix/Linux scripting, SQL, and experience with scheduling tools such as IBM ROBOT Scheduler and Autosys.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years hands-on Informatica PowerCenter production support experience.
• Experience with ETL workflow design and development.
• Experience following full project lifecycle from development to support.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and daily standups.
• Experience with source code management and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Treasury applications, monitor tickets and queues.
• Handle job failures, perform root cause analysis, fix and reprocess data.
• Generate test results, reports, and respond to outages.
• Improve error handling, mappings, automation and reduce incidents.
• Participate in major incident management and DR activities.
• Coordinate with interfacing teams to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge base.
• Work in shifts covering US EST and LATAM.
